Irene Danquah, ANutr is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (UK) and International Development Professional. She holds a BSc Biochemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and MSc Public Health Nutrition from the University of Southampton. Irene has over 13 years’ experience in public health (nutrition), project management, social economy, as well as research, policy and regulation for the nutrition and business environments. Her experience span across countries in Africa, Caribbean, Europe and Pacific and with governments, international development organisations, donors and the private sector. Irene specialises in nutrition and business reforms that work for women and young people. She is the Author of the book, Become A Healthier You and a Member of the UK Association for Nutritionists (AfN).

A Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Biochemistry. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Charles has over 13 years’ experience as a researcher and a nutrition consultant and has led several research and projects in nutrition across countries in Africa. One of his research work is on the obesogenic food environment in Ghana and South Africa. Charles is a Member of the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (GAND).

Pharmacist and a Senior Lecturer in Pharmaceutics. She holds a BPharm from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences and Engineering from the University of Leeds and PhD in Pharmaceutics from the National University of Singapore. She has over 14 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Community health. Yaa runs a health care company, Nayab Health Services, which deals in pharmaceutical production and distribution. Yaa is a Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH).

A Food Scientist and Engineer. She holds a BSc Food Science and Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Master of Science and Engineering (Food Science) from the Institut Supérieur d’Agriculture de Lille (ISA Lille), and currently pursuing a PhD at the Technology University Dublin. Maame Ekua specialises in food safety, regulatory affairs and green marketing on upcycled ingredients for nutraceutical and cosmetic applications. She is the Team Leader at Sweetpot Yoghurt and a Member of Institute of Food Technologists.

Registered Dietitian and an Educator. She holds a BSc Biochemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, MSc Dietetics from the University of Ghana and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast. She has over 10 years’ experience in Dietetics.

Registered Dietitian and an Educator. She holds a BSc Community Nutrition from the University of Development Studies and MSc. Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Elsie has over 5 years’ demonstrated history of working in a health and wellness facility and clinical setting.

Creative Designer, an Educator and an Engineering practitioner. He holds a BSc Materials Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and MA Educational Leadership And Management from the University of Ghana. He has over 15 years’ experience across the creative, engineering, education, and Charity sectors in Ghana and the UK. Robert is the Team Leader at Purple Bird Designs.

Derrik is a certified HR Specialist and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana and an MBA Candidate at the University of Georgie – Terry College of Business. He has over seven years HR experience across Charity and International development. Derrick’s experience spans across country, sub-region and regional remits and has over the years provided HR consulting to SMEs. He is a Diversity and Inclusion advocate as well as a career strategist and has provided career and job search coaching to over 300 fresh graduates and job seekers in the last seven years.

Michael Etrue is a Communications Practitioner. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology Education from the University of Education Winneba and is currently an MPhil (Communication Studies) student at the University of Ghana. Michael has over 5 years’ experience in NGO communications, broadcast journalism (radio) and digital content creation. He specialises in Marketing Communication, Public Relations and Journalism.

Yaa Bonah is a Marketing Practitioner. She holds a BSc Administration (Marketing) from the University of Ghana.

Valentina Tagoe is a Human Resource Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Human Resource Management and Spanish from the University of Ghana.

Afia Darkoah Danquah Darko is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology and Social Work at the University of Ghana.
